INGREDIENTS
½ tin Espinaler Spider Crab
6 wonton wrappers
2 tablespoons diced ripe mango
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
A few drops lime juice
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
A few microgreens or sprouts
A few edible flowers, optional
Oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut and shape the wonton wrappers into small cups.
2. Fry them in hot oil until crisp and golden, then let them cool completely.
3. In a bowl, mix the Espinaler crab meat with mango, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
4. Fill each crispy wonton cup with the crab mixture.
