These olives are harvested at the optimum time of ripening, between October and January, to obtain a high quality extra virgin olive oil.
It is a ripe fruity oil, with great aromatic intensity and is delicately sweet. A 100% natural Arbequina oil, which does not contain any type of preservative or food additive. Ideal for taking raw in salad dishes, vegetables, meat, and fish, or simply with a piece of toast.
