We select our artichokes grown along the banks of the Ebro River, known for their

traditional artisanal methods to preserve its natural taste and texture. These
artichokes are tender, never acidic, and perfect for enhancing stews, rice dishes,
salads, or tapas. We recommend draining them gently and adding them to your
recipe at the end of cooking without stirring, to maintain their shape and quality
